Toyota 2FQ-15 (OSP-J) at Proving Ground

Toyota 2FQ-15 (OSP-J)

Dating back to 1970, the Toyota 2FQ-15 is a ¾ ton truck of Japanese origin, modeled after the U.S. Dodge M37B. These trucks were supplied to the Royal Thai Army through the U.S. military aid program for utility purposes. Akerush Co., Ltd. has undertaken modifications to ensure their continued functionality.

With the original engine no longer in production, we replaced it with a modern engine available on the market. To comply with left-hand traffic regulations, we converted the steering system from left-hand to right-hand drive. The modification process also included installing a new dashboard, restoring the interior, rewiring the electrical system, and adding air conditioning. Following rigorous testing, we are pleased to report that the vehicle has demonstrated exceptional performance without any issues.
